2015 Bunn Fun Run Letter Campaign Raises $25,000.00 for UNC Children's Hospital
Months of hard work by our WOCF team and YOUR generous donations allowed the WOCF to raise and donate $25,000.00 to Dr. Ian Davis, oncologist, at UNC Children's Hospital. Dr. Davis has a long and personal history with the WOCF family and his tireless work towards finding a cure for childhood cancer is insurmountable. We feel so blessed by our magnanimous community of supporters and look forward to another year of fundraising in 2016!
Thursday, June 26 brought about a day of celebration and excitement as the WOCF and Associates visited Dr. Davis at UNC Hospital to deliver our most recent donation. Dr. Davis took our group on a tour of his research facility and updated us on the amazing advancements he has made. The best part is that it is all thanks to YOU! Your generosity and kindness made it possible for Dr. Davis' research facility to become a reality!
